Return Policy

We would hope that you'd love your items as much as we love designing and creating them but if you should need to arrange a return for whatever reason please contact us within 5 days of receiving the items. We will give instructions on how to return the items to us.

We do not refund shipping charges. Customers are responsible for the additional shipping charges needed to return items to us. We do not accept returns that are older than 20 days from date of delivery.

All discount, custom and monogrammed item sales are final.

Do not return items without contacting us first. If you return items without corresponding with us prior to doing so, and items are in an acceptable condition, your return will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
