Welcome and thanks for visiting! I am the owner of Pursenality Fabric Handmade Bags And Bag Accessories. I design and create Pursenality’s line of bags and accessories in my home studio located in Augusta Georgia.
Having my own business has been wonderful. I love designing and creating bags, purses and accessories. It’s really fun to start with a few different fabric patterns and just let the creative juices flow!
Here’s a list of things I love to do when I’m not sewing:
Gardening - Vegetable, herb, and flowers - the whole kit and kaboodle. I get such a joy from getting out there in the yard and tending to my garden. Growing your own food and pretty flowers to bring indoors simply can’t be beat.
Reading - I am a bookaholic, no doubt about it. I have loved reading books my entire life. I used to write during my school days but now I stick to journaling and an online article here and there. We have nicely supplied bookshelves in my house!
Raising chickens and goats - Yep, you read that right. I’ve raised chickens before (home-raised chicken eggs beat store bought eggs hands down). Raising chickens is really a lot of fun! I haven’t raised goats yet but plan to get some Pygmy ones soon. They are so very cute and my children would love it.
Most importantly, I love spending time with my family - That is what it is all about.

My name is Lisa and I own Pursenality, maker of Fabric Handmade Bags And Bag Accessories.
I have been sewing and crafting for over 20 years. My grandmother loved to sew and my mother loves to sew, it’s in my blood! I am a wife and mom of 5, having 4 sons and a daughter. Now that I have a daughter of my own I’m passing on my sewing knowledge to her!
